چکیده

Objective: to determine the efficacy and safety of an integrated strategy aimed at preventing delayed renal graft function (DGF). Materials methods . From June 2018 December 2022, 478 deceased-donor kidney transplants were performed Botkin Hospital, Moscow. The patients divided into two groups: Group I consisted 128 who did not use strategy; II included 67 in whom DGF prevention was used perioperative stage. involved hypothermic oxygenated machine perfusion (HOPE) using expanded criteria donors, a second warm ischemia (SWI) elimination device, personalized initial calcineurin inhibitor (CI) dosing, alprostadil for high vascular resistance arteries. Results. occurred 5 44 (11.4%) that strategy, 13 (29.5%) control group. differences statistically significant (p = 0.034), there medium strength relationship between traits (V 0.225). approach reduced chances developing by factor 0.3 (95% CI: 0.1–0.95). risk group 61.3% non-strategy group, thus relative (RR) is 1.63 1.1–2.4). Median duration normalization significantly lower II: (IQR: 3–9) versus 15 7–19) days 0.012). Mean length hospital stay 19.1 ± 4.2 14.5–26.1) bed-days 13.9 3.4 9.3–17.2) II. Differences this indicator also 0.043). Conclusion. set measures, developed evidence-based implemented clinical practice, can reduce burden modifiable factors complication significantly, thereby improving treatment outcomes transplant recipients considerably.

Dialysis modality and delayed graft function after cadaveric renal transplantation.

The purpose of this investigation was to compare outcomes in the immediate posttransplant period for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal (PD) dialysis patients who received cadaveric renal transplantation. Data were obtained from the United Network of Organ Sharing on all cadaveric graft recipients who were dialysis-dependent at the time of transplantation between April 1994 and December 1995. Bas...

Prolonged Delayed Renal Graft Function Secondary to Venous Hypertension

The case of a 39-year-old highly sensitized woman who underwent second renal transplantation after being on warfarin because of a history of frequent thromboses of her left femoral arteriovenous graft (AVG) is reported here. The patient received a flow cytometric positive crossmatch kidney transplant from a deceased donor. Her posttransplant course was complicated by prolonged delayed graft fun...

Delayed Graft Function

Delayed graft function (DGF) is a common complication of renal transplantation. According to a clinical data analysis of 34,647 cases of cadaveric renal transplantation documented by the Renal Transplantation Registry of the United Network Sharing (UNOS), graft function did not recover instantly after transplantation and for ever in some cases; the 1-year rate of graft loss was up to 20% in cas...

Nomogram for predicting the likelihood of delayed graft function in adult cadaveric renal transplant recipients.

Delayed graft function (DGF) is the need for dialysis in the first week after transplantation. Studied were risk factors for DGF in adult (age >/=16 yr) cadaveric renal transplant recipients by means of a multivariable modeling procedure. Only donor and recipient factors known before transplantation were chosen so that the probabilities of DGF could be calculated before transplantation and appr...
